Shipping Policy
SHIPPING:

Packages are always shipped in discreet packaging to you.

In-stock orders that are placed Monday-Friday will ship with-in one business day when ordered by 5:00 PM CST Monday through Friday.

Unfortunately, we do not ship on weekends or Major Holidays currently.

Any FedEx, USPS, and UPS orders after 5:00 PM CST will be shipped out the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5PM CST will not ship until the following business day.

We cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen weather and events but provide estimates that have been provided to us by the carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS).

We offer UPS, FedEx, and USPS options for domestic and U.S. Territory Islands.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered". Please contact Amelia’s Allure if this does happen, but you will need to contact the shipping company of the undelivered items.
SHIPPING COSTS:

We offer shipping within the US. Upgrades are available for during checkout at a discounted rate.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

UPS, FedEx, USPS Overnight options are also available, and price is determined at checkout based on weight in real time.

We recommend adding the Signature Required option for all orders shipped to apartment buildings, or locations that are questionable.

Refused or unclaimed packages will be subject to a $35 fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you need to exchange or refund your purchase, here's the how to do this…
RETURNS REQUIREMENTS:

For both domestic returns, please visit our site to contact us or send a email to customerservice@ameliasallure.com

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package for any damaged goods, wrong sizes being sent out on our part. If not reported within that timeframe, we will not issue a refund or complete any exchanges.

You will need to have your order number, the email, phone number. Please contact Customer Service if you cannot find your order number, we are glad to help.

Our returns process allows you to choose to exchange for another item, get a virtual gift card, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

Please remember, if the item you wish to exchange for is a limited edition/ special order, we recommend you return for a refund and place a new order for that limited edition item, as we may not still have it by the time your return is received and processed.

If you are returning from within the U.S., you’ll receive an email with your return request confirmation and return label once you’ve submitted your return request.

Please make sure to include your return request confirmation, or another sheet of paper with your name and order number on it in the package with your return so we may correctly identify request.

Be sure to keep your proof of shipping or tracking number for your return. You will need to provide it if we do not receive your package.

Please remember that Refused or unclaimed packages will be subject to a $30 fee that will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS:
If you are Returning discontinued and clearance items, they will be subject to approval by Amelia’s Allure. Please contact customer service before submitting a return request for any items.

Items received with signs of wear or damage will be assessed a 20% restocking fee of the regular, full price of the item (either deducted from your refund or collected before we ship your exchange), or if in poor condition may not qualify for a return.

Any items with a panty are not able to be returned due to sanitary reasons.

Returned items that have been denied approval will either be processed and assessed the 20% restocking fee as well as the cost of return shipping, or upon request, returned to the sender who will be then charged for shipping both ways.
EXCHANGES:

Exchange of items that show no signs of wear or damage will be exchange for like item unless that item is out of stock or limited edition.

If unable to fulfill the exchange due to sizing, availability, or out of stock of selected item a refund or credit will be issued. Per the refund policy stated in this section.
PROCESSING:

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-15 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a refund for amount of the item(s) which covers original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customers security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility if return is due to customer's error. If the error is due to Amelia's we will cover the return of items both ways. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.

Final Sale Items
Non Returnable, No Exceptions! All items found in the Sale category, corset, lingerie, accessories, bags, jewelries, undergarments or bodysuits are non-returnable. -
Refunds will be processed and sent out within 7-10 business days from receiving the items back to the store
